Returns & Exchanges

If you'd like to return an item, or if you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please refer to the policy details below before contacting us. We’re committed to making your return experience as smooth as possible.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

You can initiate a return via the returns portal linked in your original order confirmation email. If you can’t access it, please post your item to the address below, including your name and order number inside the parcel:

Please note: all returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you can either:

Place a new order for the item you’d like and return the original for a refund.

Include a note in your return parcel specifying the item, size, or colour you'd like in exchange.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@thechelsealifejacket.co.uk if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Personalised items cannot be returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
